President Obama:

Earlier in the Obama campaign he told his daughters he would adopt a puppy. Obama also promised that the puppy would be adopted from a pound and not from a breeder. Also there was accusations that he had no birth certificate from America, so in the cartoon the dogs are saying that since the dog is "Portuguese" he has no birth certificate like Mr. Obama.

In this picture you see Ahmadinejad giving a speech about destroying the jews. He is fashioned like Hitler and is in the same position as hitler. As you can see he is at a United Nations speech which is an anti racial company. Many people believe that he hasn't made this speech and don't believe that he wants the jews to die.

Democratic Views:

In this picture you can see children going house to house collecting candy. When they get to one house the person giving out candy says he will give half the candy to the kids and half to lazy kids who didn't feel like going out to get candy themselves. The children getting candy is like American Citizens who end up giving what they work for to those who choose not to work or not work as hard as others. Obviously this cartoon is making fun of democratic views and the idea of the mortgage bill and taxes if those who work hard.

John D. Rockefeller invested in a gasoline stock and when it became and importance he became very rich. He was known to be the richest man and the first American Billionaire and spent his last 40 years in retirement. After he retired he targeted philanthropy. So in this cartoon he is giving money to someone and they are using it to get liposuction.

With his money he donated a large amount of money to build schools and libraries. In a way he formed the building blocks of libraries which is described in the cartoon.

Social Darwinism:

The idea of social Darwinism is that people from different nations and places come together to make our nations strong and better which drives social evolution. In this cartoon you see people from different nations fighting and arguing. This is the very opposite of Social Darwinism and the fact that the people in this cartoon will continue to argue and never move on, neither one of them is in a sense strong than the other.

Cornelius Vanderbilt:

Cornelius Vanderbilt uilt his wealthe on shipping and railroads. He mde most of his wealth off his railroad company the New York Central and his shipping company located on the Hudson River. In this cartoon they are maing fun of Vanderbilts companys. The guy named Jim is on a smaller train and only has one. Jim is telling him not to stop to get water or ealse hell be beatin and lose money.

In this cartoon you can see J.P. Morgan and a little kid. Back in his time he would have kids work for him and take there profit. These children worked for him for eleven hours a day. After the day was finished he would take all their profits and keep them for himself. He was a very mean, powerful, and rich man and he thought he could do what ever he wanted.
